Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: From Caldecott to the Open Sea

Location:

Meet at Caldecott MRT at 8am and load up the van. Two hours to JB, a quick brunch stop near KSL City (self-paid), then a grocery run for snacks and supper supplies. Drive to Telok Sengat Jetty, hop on boat and five minutes later you're on the kelong. Afternoon tea is waiting: oyster puffs, fried fish, prawn crackers, kopi. The rest of the afternoon is yours — fish off the deck, kayak, play darts, or just sit and listen to the water. Dinner is a full BBQ and hotpot spread with salted egg crab, grilled seafood, and fresh oysters. Just chill the night away and slowdown from the busy life in Singapore!

Day 2: Sunrise, Oyster Congee, and Home

Location:

Early risers catch the sunrise over open water, worth setting an alarm for. Breakfast is a proper spread: oyster congee, coconut rice, Malay kuih, toast, eggs, kopi. Check out at 10:30am, boat back to the jetty, load up the van. Home back home to Singapore by 1–2pm depending on the jam!
